Our rates are typically in the lower-middle range compared to other design and drafting firms around Central California. And we are typically in the low range compared to other firms in Northern and Southern California and the Central Coast.

Title 24 Energy Calculations
| Single family residence: | 8 cents per SF (*) |
| Residential Additions (note 3): | 8 cents per SF (*) |
| Standard plans/multiple orientations: | 10 cents per SF (*) |
| New Solar Homes Partnership: | 10 cents per SF (*) |
| Calif. Registration Fee (note 4): | $15 flat fee |
NOTES:
(1) The per square foot fee is based on the conditioned area of the home
(2) There is a minimum $125 fee regardless of project size
(3) We highly recommend addition projects be analyzed by including the existing
portion of the home with the new addition. This method by far produces the best
results and lowest construction costs to meet the Title 24 requirements
(4) California requires all multiple orientation projects, and all projects with HERs
measures (after Oct 1, 2010) to be registered in a state-wide registry
